Shipping

Orders are posted out Monday-Friday every day. Postage is a minimum of £3.95 in order to cover my basic postage + packaging costs. It's impossible to send one card for less and you get more value for money buying more than one. This is also more environmentally friendly which I always strive to be.

Product shipping cost is calculated by weight. Postage is free on orders over £35 in the UK!

UK

Products will be dispatched within 1 working days of purchase date (unless otherwise stated). Orders going to a UK address are posted as standard by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Express Royal Mail Tracked 24 (up to 2kg you can choose at checkout). On occasion larger items will be posted by a courier and are usually delivered within 1-3 days of the order being placed.

EU

We love to ship to customers in EU countries (even if it is difficult these days.) If the order value is under €150 (merchandise only value), we charge you the destination country VAT at checkout using IOSS. You will not be liable to pay any import duties, VAT or fees on delivery. Orders with a value over €150 or to businesses (trade orders), to EU countries – we do not charge VAT at checkout. You are liable to pay possible import duties, VAT and handling fees at delivery.

On orders £0-£10 the shipping cost = £5.95 (Fully tracked)

 

International

International orders can take up to 20 business days to be delivered (depending on the country).

Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as I cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided.
