For everyone emailing me "dear team" or "dear sir/madam" about your order not arriving yet - I'm sorry I'm just a one-person business, I carry each parcel to my local post office and use Royal Mail. Due to strike action, there is an unprecedented backlog of parcels... I hope as much as you do that they arrive before Christmas.
